Healthy Shamrock Shake Recipe

St. Patricks Day is almost here and what a better way to get ready than a healthy and GREEN shamrock shake! Cook Eat Paleo has a great recipe that is not only healthy and delicious, but also very easy to make. It will surely cool you off and is perfect for the warmer Spring weather!

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk 
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract 
  • 1 large handful of fresh mint leaves to taste 
  • Raw honey to taste

Note: Spinach was added which is not from the original recipe. However, feel free to add any of you favorite greens! 

 Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth

 *Top it off with some whip cream to add just enough sweetness! 

Now pair it with you favorite B. Swim suit and you're all set to lounge by the pool!
