Returns
Returns must be postmarked: within 15 days of delivery for a refund and within 30 days of delivery for a Store Credit or Exchange.

A return label fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund when the prepaid label is used. If the prepaid label is not used the $6 fee will be waived. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges must be for exact item value in a different size or color.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All returned items must be in original and unused condition with tags on. If terms are not met, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
