Refund policy

Don't like it, return it back to us for free! One complimentary return label is provided for every order.

Returns

Requests received within 15 days of delivery are eligible for a refund and requests within 30 days of delivery are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange. International returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

Exchanges

You can make up to 2 exchanges per order. After your second exchange, you’ll receive store credit instead of another exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All returned items must be in original and unused condition with tags on. If terms are not met, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Store Credit/Refunds/Exchanges

All returns must be received and processed prior to issuing refunds, store credits or exchanges.  Store Credits will be emailed to the customer as a virtual Gift Card Code to be used on a future order at checkout. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
