Orders

Most orders placed prior to 1PM M-F are shipped out on the same day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you place your order after 1PM it will be shipped out on the next business day.

No, unfortunately we cannot edit an order once it is placed. If you ordered the wrong item you can call or email us to cancel the order and then place a new order for the correct item.

Our shipping warehouse is located in Southern California.

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available, in which case we will notify you via e-mail with alternate choices. If we do not receive a reply within 7 days the order will be canceled and the customer will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase.  You may then request a refund or use that store credit to place another order.

All of our suits are sold as separates. Tops and bottoms are paired together in pictures, but please refer to the title of the item you are purchasing to make sure you are buying the correct piece.

Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping is shipped using USPS and usually arrives within 3-7 business days. *Due to COVID-19 USPS is experiencing big delays up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Yes, at this time we do ship internationally but not to all countries. The customer is responsible for ALL duties and fees imposed by customs in that country. Please view our shipping page for more details.

Returns and Exchanges

No, at this time the customer is responsible for the shipping on returns. If you choose to use the provided label a $6 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Please refer to our returns link at the bottom of our website for the entire return policy.

We process all returns within 2 business days of receiving them. You can track your package to see when it is delivered by keeping the tracking number from the label we provided. If you didn’t use the label provided you should use a method that provides a tracking number. We cannot track a package with a tracking number that was not provided by us.
